After launch there's a 30-day stabilization period where we monitor closely and fix anything that comes up at no extra cost.  For IoT specifically, we design for unreliable power and connectivity — data is stored locally and syncs when the connection comes back.  After the stabilization period, we're still available for ongoing support if you need it.
